Charlotte is the heart behind StarBarks. With a passion for dogs, enrichment, training and safe adventure experiences, she has built StarBarks around one simple idea: every dog deserves more than just a walk.

Ben
OPERATIONS & FIELD DEVELOPMENT
Ben is the hands-on force behind the StarBarks field. From building, maintaining and improving the space, to helping create a safe and exciting environment for the dogs, Ben keeps the vision moving forward.

DOG CARE ASSISTANT
Alara brings calm, care and attention to every dog she works with. She helps support the daily running of StarBarks, making sure each dog feels safe, happy and understood.
